What am I missing here?

I have RRAS set to a static address pool but whenever the server restarts it switches back to DHCP.

DHCP is running on the server, but it is set to a different scope. As far as I can tell there are no IP clashes in the RRAS range - 192.168.100.101 - 120.

I'm fairly new to Servers so if it's a 'doh!' moment, go easy on me LOL
