I have been tasked with removing a list of about 200 leads from our dynamics online system and have been given the e-mail address only.

It would be preferable to be able to set all of the leads as closed / gone away and add a comment/note so that it can be tracked for future reference.

Has anyone done this before or got any good links as to ways to go around it?

I know Microsoft Dynamics has a programming interface (we had an entire team devoted to hacking on it at my last company) -- This would probably be a better question for StackOverflow... – voretaq7♦ Jan 24 at 17:12
