I'm trying to setup Ehcache-Server. I've put the standalone .war in the tomcat's webapps folder, and it is properly exploding. When I try the url, however, I see that the resource for the ehcache-server is unavailable. Is there something else I need to be adding to Tomcat's configuration to get this to work? Something in the server.xml perhaps? Any pointers appreciated.

(p.s. can someone with a reputation higher than 300 get an ehcache tag going on serverfault?)
