I'm attempting to disable the clean up button/drop down in Outlook 2010 under the home tab. I have managed to disable the second and third options in that drop down, but the button itself and "Clean up Conversation" elude me. Since "Clean Up Conversation" seems to be the Alt+Del shortcut, do I have to use the Disable Shortcut keys GP instead of Disable command bar buttons and menu items? If so, I can't figure out what the proper number for Alt+Del is. The page here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc179143.aspx doesn't list Del as an option.
I've seemed to have put in every command ID having to do with conversations or clean up but none of them are correct. These are the command ids I have disabled: 2511 3165 20444 7092 13324 19508 19509 19510 11584 14014 14823 12305 16182 13991 12245 12680 12863 12681 12864 12245 12680 12863 12681
Note that the first couple are to disable the Recall button.
