I have windows7 64 bit. The plug and play USB device doesn't seem to work. Windows 7 is not able to detect the device plugged into the USB port. The strange part is if I plugin the device in the USB before windows 7 boots, it detects it, but after booting if I insert the USB, it is not able to detect. I have tried installing the device drivers multiple times but its of no help.
Can someone help.
Another problem with my windows 7 is that it fails to shutdown properly. It kind of hangs during shutdown and I have to press the power button to turn it off. This happens when I insert the USB after booting and then it does work, I unplug it and try to shutdown ... it just hangs.
The microsoft forums are useless and left me high and dry.
