User 0 set for local_delivery transport is on the never_users list on Exim and Git post-receive

Question

im getting this error with my exim during my Git's post-receive.

I suppose that's because of this line in my exim.conf:

never_users = root

so i dont' want to compromise my system by commenting that out - what should i do to make this work?
