I have an issue with one of my client networks running SBS 2008 and Windows XP service pack 3 on the clients. Some, but not all, of the computers are not giving me the option to disable the windows firewall. I need to disable it in order to get one of our software packages running. It is grayed out. I am not sure if it is because of Group Policy on the server or an issue with the local pc. But if it is due to Group Policy, why are some computers on the domain not having this issue?

So my guess is that most likely it has got something to do with Windows XP.
