Import CRM 4.0 organization doesn't maintain systemuserid values

Question

When importing a CRM 4.0 organization on our DEV server, I found that the systemuserid values are changed. Is there a way to maintain the systemuserid values so they don't change?

During the import I selected keep existing user mapping.
