I am building a small web portal for my staff which includes a task/meeting scheduler built in php with mysql backend. We also use Exchange 2003, users have OWA and mainly use that for scheduling.

Having done some research it appears there are no solutions to allow Exchange Mailbox calendars to sync externally [without Outlook desktop client], has anyone managed to achieve this before? Ideally I would like to have 2 way sync between the table & the Exchange mailbox, allowing the user to enter data into the web portal and have it appear on Blackberry whilst on their travels?

I even thought about creating Google calendars for each user but again without Outlook desktop client this appears to be a non starter.

have you looked at this before -, it allows connectivity to Exchange and ability to access mailboxes. – Cold T Feb 14 '12 at 12:55
