Server Fault is a question and answer site for system and network administrators. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I'm keeping this short and sweet. Are there any open source analytics tools for APIs? A free third party one would also work. I'm trying to avoid writing my own and possibly reinventing the wheel. The service should at least let us see our requests per hour, day, month, etc. This might be asking too much, but ideally it would be real time.

Google Analytics allows you to make server-side analytics calls using their mobile SDKs. It's intended for mobile tracking on devices that don't use JavaScript, but you could use it to track API usage as well.
