Is it possible to install OpenSSH's sshd (via Cygwin) on a Windows Server 2003 (which is part of an Active Directory site) as a domain user. I have administrator rights as this domain user and unfortunately I cannot log on to the machine as a local user with admin rights.

Not related to Windows but to run an application under port 1024 (on Unixes) you need to be admin. So maybe changing port for ssh daemon would make it running for you... – Jiri Xichtkniha Mar 10 '12 at 20:42
