How to properly setup server IP?

Question

We want to install a server in our office. Currently the server box is under 2 routers, through DMZ I succeeded to open it the world.

But we want to install DirectAdmin to the server and the problem is following:

Server ethernet device has inner LAN IP, but in License it is World-open IP. So is there any option to somehow describe server's eth device that it should use open IP. Or the only option is to connect the server to ISP router?

As long as you have a static IP registered for Directadmin's license, there's a workaround: http://www.directadmin.com/lan.shtml
