I have been tasked by the business to find any emails that have been deleted by a specific user. We currently do not store or index specific emails but we do backup the Exchange Information stores. What I have been able to do is restore to a PST every nights backup.

My question is thus: Is there any software that will take two or more PSTs and list the difference between them.

It might be easier to just recover the deleted items from the mailbox itself. What's the Deleted Items retention setting on the server? – joeqwerty Mar 27 '12 at 20:51
The retention period is 7 days. The data I'm recovering is from months ago. – vsmal Mar 27 '12 at 21:34
