How do I take advantage of the BQL (Byte Queue Limits) in Linux 3.3?

Do I just install the kernel?

Does it help with UDP traffic?

Do you have a problem for which BQL is a solution ? If so post some details of what the problem is, what you have tried etc. Right now your question is pretty vague. – Iain Apr 9 '12 at 6:50
I just want to know what BQL is. I tried reading the documentation on the internet, but I have no idea what it is used for other than improving network performance. – Bob Apr 9 '12 at 6:56
