I'm trying to configure Apache and it works fine when I use server host name. if I open hostname:8080 - it shows me the default page. However if I use ip address, it hangs for an infinite time. I also have JBoss installed on my machine:

In httpd.conf I use the following configuration:

Listen ip_address:8080
ServerName ip_address:8080

Does anybody know what may cause Apache hanging with ip address? I use Apache 2.0.64 version with mod_jk and ssl-on

In error.log I don't see anything wrong:
