My Windows 2003 server has an integrated ethernet card as well as a dlink card. Using "Configure your server wizard", I successfully created a VPN server.

The server IP is : and

We also have other servers"

I have mapped the port on the router to When a client connects he can access the internet via VPN. If he performs the following: ping it is successful. However, when a client runs ping and ping the first ping times out but all others are successful.

Oddly, when the client runs ping and ping only the first packet gets a reply while the rest timeout. What could be the problem and how can I troubleshoot it?
