We have a radius server for 802.1x wireless setup. A little while ago all of our wireless routers stopped authenticating, we have solved this by re setting them up and setting a new password.

Does the Radius server have a period when you have to change the password i.e every six months as a security feature?

In short, no (not that I'm aware of at least). I'd initially suspect something like an expired certificate somewhere in the hierarchy, which is also alluded to in this question. Are all certificates in the chain still valid? Also, did you re-configure the access points with PEAP (which is what that other post had a problem with) or something else (which they seemingly didn't have a problem with)? Also, was there anything interesting in the logs on the RADIUS server? –  Ben Pilbrow May 15 '12 at 21:01

Could be the Domain controller certificate. I will get back to you. Thank you. –  Matt May 16 '12 at 9:10
