How can i limit download speed for Large file (ex : more than 100 MB) with squid 3.1 ?

I want that the file should not utilise full speed of Internet.

While search on Internet i came to know about delay_body_max_size, But it could not support in 3.1 version.

How can i limit ?

I'd address this using 'tc' rather than trying to do it in squid. –  symcbean May 15 '12 at 10:44
Use delay pools instead? You can't set a limit based on filesize, but it can be setup so smaller files are fast. wiki.squid-cache.org/Features/DelayPools –  Zoredache May 15 '12 at 16:42
