I have configured my Squid Transparent Proxy on Centos. I am facing problem of slow browsing. Sometimes my server does not response of ping even when I ping from client system.

My DNS server has been configured on a Windows server.

My hardware is Dell Xeon Poweredge 2800. Using two Ethernet cards, one for LAN and one for WAN

You haven't mentioned what kind of hardware Squid is running on, the network switch or how much load you are running across all of it. –  jfalcon Jun 7 '12 at 5:40

You should reread and then rewrite your question. Correct the typos and explain in more detail what does and does not work. There is way too little information for anyone to help you at this point. e.g. what do you mean by "it stop to ping client"? And what error message do you get when the proxy "stop[s] serving internet to the client". On which machine is the firewall you disabled? How does the DNS server fit in? Perhaps a small diagram of your network would help. Please update your question rather than comment on people's comments. –  Bram Jun 7 '12 at 7:41
