Can I convert a PostgreSQL dump file into a MySQL dump? I tried but I get syntax error.

cd\
c:
cd "C:\Program Files\MySQL\bin"
mysql -u root -proot
pause

I run this batch file after I put this

 --compatible=postgresql <mysql.sql
