I want to setup Kannel in my Ubuntu machine. I have a Huawei e220 modem which is equipped with a SIM card and i have tested through minicom. It can successfully reads and sends SMS messages to phone numbers. This is my configuration:

group = core
admin-port = 13002
smsbox-port = 13003
admin-password = bar
box-deny-ip = "*.*.*.*"
box-allow-ip = "127.0.0.1"

group = smsc
smsc = at
modemtype = huawei
device = /dev/ttyUSB1
my-number = number
sms-center = number #SIM Number
my-number = number #SIM Number
log-level = 1

group = modems
id = huawei_e220
name = "Huawei_E220"
detect-string = "huawei"
init-string = "ATZ"
init-string = "ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0"
message-storage=sm
speed=9600

group = smsbox
bearerbox-host = 127.0.0.1
sendsms-port = 13013
global-sender = number

The init-strings have been taken from /etc/wvdial.conf when i am starting bearerbox it seems that it is not starting correctly:

This is the status page :

Status: running, uptime 0d 0h 2m 5s

SMS: inbound (0.00,0.00,0.00) msg/sec, outbound (0.00,0.00,0.00) msg/sec

Why it tries to establish a FAKE connection while i have instrumented my conf to use as an SMS my GSM modem? any ideas?
