I am attempting to boot an Ubuntu 12.04 Precise DomU (Dom0 is Ubuntu 12.04 with xen-hypervisor-4.1-amd64) and it is failing to boot, dropping me back into a shell (see below). I am using tap2:tapdisk:aio for the disk, the images are files and not LV.
