I am after a bit of advice. I have a Snapgear SG580 and its approaching its EOL through McAfee (the bastards!). I've loved these devices since I started deploying them about 8 years ago. I'm using it at my head office with 2x ADSL2 Load Balanced. I was wondering what alternatives were out there in the market place that would be well suited to replace the SG580 without losing much of the functions we now enjoy.

Being in a Not For Profit organisation I can access some Cisco gear very cheaply and I was thinking about grabbing an ASA5510 to do my firewalling, but I still want/need my 2x ADSL2 connections coming in. What would be a good fit with my requirements??

Any advice and tips are greatly appreciated

Unfortunately product recommendations are not a good fit for Stack Exchange sites - Any advice we give you will be obsolete within a few months as new products hit the market. You should investigate various vendors (Cisco, Sonicwall, etc.) and see what products they have that meet your needs -- if you have a specific question ("How might I do X with product Y?") you can ask that here and we can advise you, which may help you make your final selection... – voretaq7 Jul 26 '12 at 20:45
