I am running SharePoint 2010 with SQL Server 2012, even though I have added the SharePoint site in my intranet sites in Internet Explorer 9 and my computer is a member of the domain, I still get prompted for credentials.
Once I enter the credentials I can browse the site fine. The only thing I have changed is the alternate name mapping from the server name http://sp1 to http://intranet.mydomain.local
Can anyone please advise what are the steps to diagnose and resolve this?
