Hi I want to view or stop the perl scripts which are running in my cpanel server. Me have no root access to server. But i think some perl or python scripts are still running in my server. Please help me to find out the scripts which are currently running in my server.

This is a frighteningly basic question. I am going to give you a frighteningly basic answer:
Use the ps command to list running processes. Root access is not required.

If you need more of a pointer than that you should strongly consider finding a more senior sysadmin to mentor you. The knowledge gap indicated by this question cannot be adequately addressed by a simple Q&A site.
You may also want to spend time reading the Unix & Linux Stack Exchange site and Server Fault to hone your skills.
