We have machine with 2 USB faxes connected to system. The system is virtual machine on Hyper-V R2 and so we use additional software to "pass" the USB to Virtual system (Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise). The modems are visible in Device Manager, diagnostics show Success of communications but Fax Server service doesn't see any Fax. We bought new fax and same thing.
Any way to force it to see it? It used to work just fine. Now it doesn't.
