Windows 2003 server we are getting error message in the eventlog Processor or User counter not found (Proc: -1, User: -1)

Can anyone help me on this issue

Are you getting the same error as in this question? Error: A counter with a negative denominator value was detected. If so, while this may not be an exact duplicate, it is very closely related to that question. – brain99 Aug 29 '12 at 23:18
