We're looking for something to replace a dead Google Mini search appliance. Google's website hasn't worked for two weeks so you can't order one and they can't be contacted. (What a way to run a business). Dell sells the higher end models, but I don't think they sell the mini.

I was thinking of building my own, but Apache/SOLR looks like it's over my head. Are there any turn-key open-source solutions available?

Configuring mnogo is a no-brainer. Even I can do it.
