for some reason, apache is not logging file not founds....

In vhost, I do have a directive:

ErrorLog "/mnt/www/logs/blah.com-error_log"

httpd.conf:

LogLevel warn

Anywhere else I should look at?

What are the permissions of /mnt/www/logs? :-) –  Charles Hooper Sep 4 '12 at 2:51
    
Access logs are being written in there, its not permissions, apache.apache –  CMag Sep 4 '12 at 2:52
