What does this message mean in cfserver.log?

I see several 30+ of these per minute in the cfserver.log file. These first appeared when I set debugEnabled to true in the LoggerService section of the jrun.xml -- I looked at Adobe's forums and documentation, but didn't see anything there.

My questions are:

  • What does this message mean in the context of CF8/JRun/Apache?
  • Can it be safely ignored?
