why --tcp option failed? should i install some package? if yes, which package i should install?

dstat --tcp

what is the problem with module tcp, how to find the problem?

You have no necessity to install any additional packages. Everything should work fine. Thus check whether files /proc/net/tcp6, /proc/net/tcp exist. If they are absent, just add them.
