I am looking for a step-by-step tutorial to configure https on IIS server 7.0. I am new to configure IIS 7.0 and I want to learn how to create a server certificate for test purpose as well. I do not need client certificate.

Any recommendations?

Thanks AdamB, the tutorial is helpful. But missing a part which is how to generate a test certificate and import to IIS to use for https as server certificate. Any recommended readings? – George2 Jul 20 '09 at 4:27
