I upgraded a user to a new laptop. She informed me she now has 800 some junk messages in her inbox. We finally figured out she had a long list of blocked senders. This prevented the messages from being downloaded from the Exchange server so they piled up in the inbox server-side. Since I didn't know she had blocked senders I didn't think to move the list over to her new laptop. So...when she opened Outlook it grabbed all of the junk messages that had previously been blocked from being downloaded.

Is there a way to have the Exchange server delete the blocked sender e-mails or move them to the junk folder?
