I have a Production and a QA Windows 2003 R2 sp2 cluster setup with two hosts assigned to each. On the QA cluster, the inactive node shows the disk drive letters in My Computer, but the production inactive host does not. Both clusters show the drives in an unknown state in disk management, however. Is this a concern, or are the drives letters not showing up in the prod cluster because it's never been failed over to? Here are some pictures.

Prod:

I did try to make some sense of this by reading this link, but I wasn't able to.

Did you rescan the disks (Action > Rescan Disks)? –  Ansgar Wiechers Sep 20 '12 at 22:05

Thanks. I just tried that, but no joy. –  nice_line Sep 21 '12 at 14:25
