Server Fault is a question and answer site for professional system and network administrators. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I'm looking to buy a screensaver control product with granular control. I have about 2000 workstations which require dozens of different timeout values, lock/not locked on resume settings, different screen saver files (that can be frequently updated depending on department), etc. It's looking to be quite an undertaking accomplishing this with domain group policies so I'm hoping you guys have some suggestions of products to use. Hopefully such products would integrate with AD.

Thanks

This is actually a relatively simple task to perform using group-policies. A 3rd party application would likely be the same or even more complex than building policies, and applying them to Groups or OUs.
