I have two frontend nginx servers and two backend php servers running wordpress all the sites uses the same code and each site has it's own config file, I seem to be getting alot of notices within the error.log which are

2012/10/03 12:21:08 [notice] 6203#0: 75 "^/wp-content/uploads/(.)" does not match "/wp-content/plugins/bp-options/smart_js/everyone.js", client: ..*.*, server: www.site.co.uk, request: "GET /wp-content/plugins/bp-options/smart_js/everyone.js?ver=3.3.1 HTTP/1.1", host: "www.site.co.uk", referrer: "http://www.site.co.uk/"

No idea, but is this somewhat referring to line 75 in your nginx-configuration? Looks like a regexp which it expects to match, but does not: "^/wp-content/uploads/(.)" –  pkhamre Oct 3 '12 at 12:07
