While execute the code,

Set rootNode = Server.CreateObject("ChilkatXML.ChilkatXML")

I'm getting the error,

Error Type:
(0x8002801D)
Library not registered. 
/inventories/inventorysearchresults.asp, line 28

I have re-register the ChilkatXml.dll by using the regsvr32 command. I check the registry everything seems to fine, but error staring me. Please help me to resolve this issue. I'm using Windows 2000 server and IIS 6
