Server Fault is a question and answer site for professional system and network administrators. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I'm looking for a way to use my network wireless card as a classic access point under Server 2012, in purpose to share the internet connection of the server. I also would like to use the DHCP Server to attribute IP once a client is connect through the wireless network.

Any idea on how to do that ?

I dunno about Windows Server 2012, but under Windows 7, there's a command 'netsh wlan start hostednetwork'. I also found something related on their website but again for Windows 7/ Server 2008. – i.h4d35 Nov 26 '12 at 22:29
