We have a web application which is using apache tomcat integration. Here the problem is when tomcat returning 404 error page with status code 404, Apache server retunrnig 200 as status code. Is there any server configuration required to fix this issue. Please help resolve this issue.

Can you further describe "apache tomcat integration"? Are you using mod_jk? Can you post your configuration? If you're at liberty to change things try using mod_proxy and hitting the tomcat server directly. – David Oct 16 '12 at 2:53
