I have hosted multiple websites on IIS6. I want to set a particular wesite to open when the user types the IP address in the address bar of the browser. The same IP is being shared by multiple websites. How can I set the website which whcich listens to the Empty Headers? This is my first time handling IIS server.

Have you checked the site bindings? One of them should include a binding with no hostname defined on the answering port. That's what will be the default. Check out this question:… – Nathan V Dec 1 '12 at 14:29
