When i use vnc to connect my server (i'm using Centos 6 x64 and gnome ), gnome didnt show any title bar / window border, the mouse pointer always in loading animation state

this is xstartup code i have

still in same problem, i delete xstartup and starts vnc again (creating auto xstartup as usual vnc did), and problem still exists this is screenshot vnc viewer i.imgur.com/tLhoF.jpg –  Shin Dapaty Nov 2 '12 at 1:46
