Restrict acces to file by domain

Question

I'd like to restrict access to my PayPal IPN listener to paypal. Looked everywhere but no results.

This format doesn't work

<Files ipnListener.php>
    Order allow,deny
    Deny from all
    Allow from .paypal.com
</Files>

Is this even possible?
