I have a router with DD-WRT. I want to add a static DNS entry to DNSmasq by "Additional DNSMasq Options" in the webinterface.

So I added address=/meinNAS/192.168.1.53 into this textbox.

But I can not resolve this static DNS from windows. I restartet the router and my pc a few times for cache deleting.

C:\Users\xxxx>nslookup meinNAS Server: xxxx-xx Address: 10.20.0.1

DNS request timed out. timeout was 2 seconds. DNS request timed out. timeout was 2 seconds. * Zeitüberschreitung bei Anforderung an xxxx-xx.

Using Google:

C:\Users\xxxx>nslookup google.de Server: xxxx-xx Address: 10.20.0.1

DNS request timed out. timeout was 2 seconds. DNS request timed out. timeout was 2 seconds. Nicht autorisierende Antwort: Name: google.de Addresses: 2a00:1450:4016:800::1017 173.194.35.152 173.194.35.159 173.194.35.151

On the Router:

The process is running and the DNS entry will be resolved.

root@xxxx-xx:~# ps | grep dns 835 root 892 S dnsmasq --conf-file=/tmp/dnsmasq.conf

root@xxxx-xx:~# nslookup meinNAS Server: 10.20.0.1 Address 1: 10.20.0.1 xxxx-xx

Name: meinNAS Address 1: 192.168.1.53

What do you think is wrong?
