many times, When i try to copy some files folders to a network drive over my Wifi N it hangs it stays at calculating then when you even hit cancel it just hangs there and never closes the windows

Then if i try to shutdown or reboot the windows it never reboots or shutdown and i have to do a hard shutdown.
