I cant access my directadmin (www.domainname.com:2222) panel. I checked directadmin with ssh.

I gave this command:

cd /usr/local/directadmin
./directadmin b200

result:

Bind Error: Make sure there arent't any copies running in the background. Address already in use

I looked at error.log. But there was no text in that file. Is this an attack? What can I do now???

See what keeps port 2222 busy: Issue the following lsof -i :2222 –  val0x00ff Nov 21 '12 at 14:07

Thx @val0x00ff I tried and it gave "rockwell-csp2". What is rockwell-csp2 ? –  RedLEON Nov 21 '12 at 14:17

You need to kill this process by it's pid number. see kill -l for more information. rockwell-csp2 seems to be used by some port scan deamon. This looks suspicious to me, but feel free to brows the net about rockwell-csp2 –  val0x00ff Nov 21 '12 at 14:22
