I do not know whether this is the right platform to ask this question.

Our client whose IT infrastructure is maintained by us is looking for relevant documentation on procedures and processes to be followed as per management guidance. Where do I find a web site which has templates for such docs.

Nope, not the right place to ask. We don't do gimmie teh codez, product recommendations, how-tos or where to find how-tos here. – HopelessN00b Nov 21 '12 at 18:14
Per @tonyroth, the information from this technet article might help you out. Also ITIL has some value, but be picky about what you adopt. Really you need to develop this yourself, based on your procedures. The template can look however you want, as long as it's consistent within your organization and makes sense when you read it... – voretaq7 Nov 21 '12 at 20:25
(closed as TL rather than off topic because this is on-topic, just insanely site-specific because the procedures will be yours, derived from best practices -- check out the documentation tag for another possible good source of ideas) – voretaq7 Nov 21 '12 at 20:27
