Server Fault is a question and answer site for professional system and network administrators. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I am looking for some way I can schedule mails with future dates etc so that I can send out new-letter type mail containing IT education information and tips.

We have Exchange 2010,Outlook 2010 etc..

Is there any way to meet above requirement with any software etc. Just set it up and forget it.Least user or admin interventions.

An easy way would be to use the "drip email" feature of an email marketing service like MailChimp, Aweber, GetResponse etc.
