I installed Python-2.7.3 on Debian 6.

./configure --enable-shared --prefix=/usr/local/python2.7
make
make install

Now already installed, how I can access this:

shell:
python2.7

Thanks.

Thanks, if I want to install Django for Python 2.7 as I do? –  Dexub Dec 3 '12 at 21:09

You'll need to install django and all its dependencies manually. I'd look into virtualenv - virtualenv.org/en/latest - if I were you as it makes this all much easier. –  Dennis Kaarsemaker Dec 3 '12 at 21:15

If I install PIL should also do it manually? –  Dexub Dec 3 '12 at 21:24
