I've currently tried to perform an upgrade on my roundcube installation using the command:

    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/update-roundcube --force

However this turns out with the error:

    DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Can't create table 'roundcube.dictionary' (errno: 150) at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Email/RoundCube/DBI.pm line 292.
    Problem encountered during schema update:
    schema file: /usr/local/cpanel/src/3rdparty/gpl/roundcube_schema/upgrade/0.6_0.7/mysql
    on statement: CREATE TABLE `dictionary` (
    `user_id` int(10) UNSIGNED DEFAULT NULL,
    `language` varchar(5) NOT NULL,
    `data` longtext NOT NULL,
    CONSTRAINT `user_id_fk_dictionary` FOREIGN KEY (`user_id`)
    UNIQUE `uniqueness` (`user_id`, `language`)
    ) /*!40000 ENGINE=INNODB */ /*!40101 CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci  */;
    Database "roundcube" dropped
    Restoring previous Roundcube data

Does anybody know how I can fix this issue? Some expert advise would be appreciated.

MySQL error 150 is a foreign key constraint error. If you can tweak the SQL, doing SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS = 0; before your queries will likely help. –  ceejayoz Dec 17 '12 at 15:15
Thank you for your reply @ceejayoz - where do I apply this tweak? –  Patrick Lanfranco Dec 17 '12 at 15:25
You'd need to take a look at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/update-roundcube. I don't have a cPanel installation handy. –  ceejayoz Dec 17 '12 at 15:33
