We are having a strange issue. We have a user who is having their sent messages showing the full DN instead of their email address when sending internally. This is on Exchange 2010 which was upgraded from 2007. We have tried clearing the cache/rebuilding the profile in outlook (based on google searches, this usually works). Anyone else experience this in the past and have suggestions?

You mean the legacyExchangeDN, not the user's LDAP distinguished name, right? – Shane Madden Dec 22 '12 at 20:19
